PropGlean is a browser extension that extracts real estate listing information from Zillow search pages that you navigate to, and lets you export that data to a CSV file or a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.

1. What we collect

Nothing — unless you choose to connect Google Sheets. The extension has no accounts, no servers, and no tracking. All data stays in your browser.

Listing data: the real estate listings shown on the Zillow pages you open (address, price, beds, baths, sqft, agent info, etc.). This data is only processed in your browser and only exported when you press the export button.
Settings: your preferences (scrape delay, export options, area list, dedupe state) are stored locally in your browser's storage. They never leave your device.

2. Google Sheets connection

If you choose to export to Google Sheets, the extension asks for the drive.file scope only. This means:

It can only access the specific spreadsheet it creates for you.
It cannot see, read, or modify any of your other Google Drive files.
You connect with your own Google account — we never see your credentials.

3. What we do NOT do

No accounts to create, no sign-ups.
No remote code, no analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers.
No selling or sharing of any data — we have no access to your data at all.
No background data collection. The extension only acts when you press Start on a Zillow page.

4. Data retention & deletion

All data is under your control. Clear your browser storage or uninstall the extension to delete everything locally. Sheets you created remain in your own Google Drive and can be deleted like any other file.

5. Third-party sites

The extension extracts data from Zillow (zillow.com). Your use of Zillow is subject to Zillow's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. PropGlean is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zillow.
